I'm not too sure on the amount of time before cut off, but you might be able to have it moved. I think having the kit 5 days is too long since you'll get 5 free days of Kit Hero if we move it (we can't set X days, just give you the full kit on another server), there is a Store Credit refund option though, but I personally can't handle that for you.
If it can be moved isn't my call, But I would personally deem owning the kit 5 days too long, due to the above details.

Because thats how rules are, make sure that everyone in your team knows the rules and in case someone forgot the rules you can always remind him. Cause everyone can just say that "hey i didnt know the rules", and thats the reason i guess they put the rules at the spawn screen when you join. And anyway i think that since its the first time that your team gets banned for such reason its only for the wipe running, so just take a break until next wipe and all good.
