@fossil igloo “getting into accident is a completely different thing” if someone else is at fault there insurance covers your damages. Also if the person you bought a car from lied about the car saying that it is a fully working car then yes you could sue because it broke down because the car was damaged previously and was a semi working car for a week.
Hopefully you understood where I was coming from, if not then theres no point arguing with a inconsiderate admin.
