Well, unfortunately we can only go off what we see, we can't spent 2 days watching 1 clan, if you really are 100% factual in what you say, then get the proof your self, very easy to /cinfo and compile your own data. We have to manage several servers of reports, we can't keep screenshots of every clan reported else we'd end up with GB's of saved images that we'd have the look through every day to find the 1 clan we're re-re-re-reinvestigating. Its just not a feasible thing for an Admin to do. If you're right, all I'll suggest is proving it via keeping tabs on them since the admin who did the investigation did not find any evidence to suggest other wise.

So if you're 8 people in a clan, and for example 2 of them goes offline, so they get kicked and then they invite 2 new people.
and if they then renmove 2 people again, re-invite the 2 earlier member that got kicked, it would be considered cycling.
