Just checked, the messages are the other way around haha. If you're a booster you get a reminder to boost the server and if you are not a booster it says you are haha.
However that only goes for the messages, rewards are given out correctly

All servers will still wipe as usual, force wipe or not.
For instance the 5x no bps EU server wipes on Wednesday, with the force wipe being on the Thursday. Not intended to be less or more practical, it just eliminates the need to change the schedule, and we generally don’t have many complaints about it so
