Yes, erase every trace the person was there. Clear codelocks and Auth on turrets. The players kicked cannot join back to your clan for the rest of the wipe as that counts as cycling members.

He has one account that was banned over 1800 days ago, Which he is not playing on..We started playing 18 days ago as a group yes he has not touched the game in years, No where in your rules does is state you cant use a VPN, Its a common thing for people to use, Im not trying to be rude or anything but this just makes no sense to me and im not following at all.
Also i dont understand where your getting MULTIPLE accounts?

@orchid grove People use VPNs to cheat on them, using them to get around bans etc. Means if you are using a VPN that before has been used by a cheater we link them accounts to each other
