@echo venture Guns4Hire here yet again. i was muted by one of your moderators on zeus x5 he admited it in chat and i can show video proof that he did mute me by accident but he did not correct his mistakes instead he decided to let my mute run its full course before i was unmuted. This shouldnt happen if someone makes a mistake they should be able to correct it or report it to a head mod who will then correct it, but instead i had to live out the full mute until the auto unmute was applied to me.
This is something i feel like there should be a talk about with you and whoever you share the costs of the server with. As a user i find this unacceptable.
If someone makes a mistake and it is noticed and reported there should be gain for the user that was unjustifiably banned or muted or replications against the person who made the mistake.
