First of all it was most likely a 10min mute and second of all you get muted for calling out cheaters. So please report them the the correct method via #reports or /ticket add in-game
If you call them out they will most likely toggle/turn the hack off and they wont be banned because admins cant see that they use hacks because you decided to call them out so he turned it off
The refund you must contact ryan or hoppel but first read the terms & conditions before requesting a refund.

Let me make this clear every server have cheaters. And admins ban them daily. But it dont seems like you like to report them the correct way which is #reports or /ticket in-game. You instead type it in chat so its harder for the admins to see if he actually is hacking because he knows someone in game knows and he will turn it off when they spectate him
