There's a secret passage behind the old cabin in the woods, head there and enter the passage. Careful though, it's full of traps. you want to head second right, third left first right and then light the middle torch, once lit, turn around, head left, second left and up the stairs and the spell is inside the crate under the shield emblem on the pillar.
