BEFORE i joined on this server, there has been a ban in DC.
Right now, we have certain players that have unstable work conditions/life conditions and therefor can't always play. Therefor we either have to commit to letting them play solo, but we are not allowed to help him out cuz we'll get punished for teaming. So if we let him join us for a day, to then later continue with out basic roster, we get banned for 15 days, therefor losing a package that i payed for before i was aware of this?

As multiple members of DC know, allies, TC, sleepers ect all contribute towards the 8 clan limit. If you had a friend in, sure, but when said friend leaves ect clear him from the TC's. You can't expect us to over look it because of a VIP package. Everyone gets treated the same. The exact same would happen to any other clan.
