for a contract to be valid to the point that they can claim damages in norway the party that made the contract needs to make the other party aware of all the main agreements in the contract in a summary or by telling them. they cant just write "cheating or getting an unfare advantage is illegal and we will sue" on page 60 of the tos. if a point is that crutial to the contract they need to make me spesificly aware. allso the fact that i never signed anything makes it thousands of times less likely they will be able to do anything.

From a legal stand point, when you are accepting Rust’s TOS you are agreeing to the UK’s laws & requirements of Terms & Services since Facepunch is a registered company in the UK. Companies such as Google have sister companies registered in each country so they can advertise and collect data based on each countries laws.
Norways requirements (if they even exist like you say) only apply for Norwegian registered companies.
They cannot control the laws of other countries 😛
