Rustoria seems to be having a weird issue for me
I can never see the zeus server
i'd have to restart the game 7-10 times to see it and even then its hard to connect
due to it sometimes just saying "Connection timed out"

On Zeus Small 2x EXP gives you 2x XP for the levels you see on the side of your screen. It only lasts 24 hours though, but its mainly to help you boost your level to get a greater yield of resources. @tough iris
