Either fix up the loot tables, or make cosmetic stuff unlocked by default, like chairs, shelves, rugs, fireplaces, etc and make sure we don't get bps for them in barrels since they're unlocked.

Hardly, in the time it takes a solo player to farm the resources to start building a base, you can have a clan of 3-4 players that just send one person farming sulfur. By the time the shell of my base is up, they're blowing down my door for shits and giggles.
