new information : ok you fall with the elevators you not use to go up i travel to sanaa relay and try to take other elevators that i not take to go up and i have sort of no clip with the cabin

Yea this is a bug, you have to call them first by design; which is right. However the doors shouldn't be open when the elevator isn't on the same floor.
