#Fuel Ships don't De-spawn

This is on EU PVP server. Some one has built a tower around the console in order to protect it?
They also don't seemingly de-spawn even when no one's there (no one was near tower when I logged into server)

Can confirm still there after loggin in and loggin back in 10-15 mins later with no one online
