no longer shall new players take an important spot and kill the round entirely

certain ghost roles should require playtime aswell
(Death Squad, ERT, central command personnel)

Ok i like the idea BUT how will the roles be unlocked? I can only think of 2 posibilities 1.Total playtime its simple the longer you play the more roles you unlock so a 50hour player will be able to play HoP while a 4hour player will not and 2.Spend time in a lower rank job to unlock a role as example you play 6h as a engineer to unlock CE and so on

I think the second option would be better

A person that played 50 hours straight as assistant shouldn't be able to access HoS or CE

To unlock captain you should have X hours as a command member

Yea secound option is better but that dosnt mean that someone cant just pick a job then go afk for 6 hours to unlock the next role unless we add afk detection or something

it would probably be a better idea to have it be priority based than locked behind walls, although maybe forcing a few rounds as assistant wouldn’t be bad
