I've never seen a large server show the Audit log before, and I would certainly consider this a larger server. I quickly looked to see if there was anything actually worrisome, and I didn't see anything too bad. Granted I didn't look super hard, because it occured to me that if there was anything that I wasn't supposed to see, I probably shouldn't look. What I did notice is that the reasons for moderator actions are shown, so if those ever included information personal to person being moderated (which I would doubt), it is public.

we've had the audit log publicly available for several years now and only had a single issue with it that I remember
I'm insane
and that was that you used to be able to see the title of a modmail in it

I did like the funny that I saw, where mad frog gave mad frog the moderator role lol
so I guess it's really a good thing
