Modmail Broke

Whenever I attempt to open a modmail ticket it returns this interaction failed or something like it. Assuming the server has hit thread cap for that channel or something of the sorts.

I’m attempting to get statistics on my tree command replacement and I saw advertising isn’t allowed in this server. Do you have any suggestions on where/how I should go about this?

bot is bugged. sometimes it will say interaction failed and may or may not create the thread

now it fails sometimes

Yeah that’s been a reoccurring issue for the last few months I’ve seen reports and complaints about it as far back as like November.
