[LF Contributors] Game / Fantasy Console Development for Gamercade

**Project Name: **Gamercade
Project Description: Gamercade is a "Neo-Retro" fantasy console with built-in rollback networking. It uses WASM for game code and targets the mid '90s to early 2000s generation of game consoles.
**Why Help is Needed: ** At its core, Gamercade is somewhere between a library and a framework. There's a lot of parts, such as a editor/bundler, the console itself, and the biggest new feature: the Platform. As a mostly solo developer, its difficult to provide high quality code for all of these applications. Specifically, I'm not well versed in UI or GUI development.
How You Could Contribute: There are tons of ways to contribute! Developing games targeting the fantasy console is one, another is via attacking some of the issues on the GitHub repo's page, or even taking part in the discussions and help shape the future of the console.
