This seems off-topic, Google offers "compute" nodes for next to nothing /mo and so does OVHcloud. You'll also likely want a domain name and even if you get something other than a .com they are still a little pricey, you can get a tor or i2p endpoints for free. Also remember to use let's encrypt with certbot/nginx.
