Also to clarify: without packages the program works just fine. The tutorial I was following required a Package at the beginning, while it was teaching... so i added it. The tutorial follows intelliJ IDE, so maybe thats an issue??

no I solved the poblem... my package was giving an error tht the declaed package doesn't match the expected one. and I was confused what it wanted...
