close all the projects and tabs then close netbeans, after that use windows explorer to move part 2

restart netbeans and load the projects

I think what the cause is, every netbeans ant projects has some files it uses to detect that is effectively a project

part 2 files may be missing or wrong

recreating the part 2 project might fix the issue
