IntelliJ will not generate JavaFX JAR

So I created a base JavaFX project and even after changing working directory it fails to build the artifact. It seems that the only apparant error is when editing the run cofiguration it says: "Warning: JAR file 'C:\Program Files\JetBrains\IntelliJ IDEA Community Edition 2022.2.3\jbr\bin' doesn't exist" at the bottom of the window.

All other projects build fine. I've tried with JDK 21.0.2 and 19.0.1.
