cuSolver handle creation failed !; | Together Java | Page 1

I am attempting to create a simple ML bot that just acts like an XOR gate to test Deep Learning 4 Java. I am running into the issue of the following error.
Caused by: java.lang.RuntimeException: cuSolver handle creation failed !; Error code: [7]
I have all of the dependencies, Cuda 11.2 Cudnn 8.1. I've switched versions, and everything. I've never heard of cuSolver, and I haven't been able to find any threads online to fix this issue involving DL4J. Any help appreciated.
