no, DSA is not the main thing in Spring
and based on "I already know arrays and strings" you need to rack up a bit more Java knowledge
you need to know design patterns, be able to clearly tell the difference between an interface and abstract class, what's a singleton, what's a delegate
also, good knowledge of standard library
Stream API also helps.
