This matchup is currently at an awkward stalemate; The Terror Drone can't crush Tanya, and Tanya's pistols do little damage against it, and the Terror Drone is often too fast to plant a C4 on it.

Ive always suggested that the drone should cause damage with the click so it can deal with Tanya and ggis

will the click be an insta kill too or deals a set amount of damage? dont forget deployed ggis have dmg reduction

It could do a set amount, maybe 2/3 attacks to kill to allow time to escape (Tanya dies instantly in ra2 and yr)
And ggi can already be crushed so it killing them isn't that crazy a change

Now that the Terror Drone jumps super high like Mario, it's quite difficult to crush a Guardian GI.

Ive found it reliable to jump over them then backwards lands on them a good 85% of the time

GGI sandbags are uncrushable...

yes they are but terror drones can jump to still crush them

It's laggy and you have to be in an area with enough maneuverability and a GGI can take a free shot against you while you're getting hangtime, but it is possible.
