when you deal with perpesctives peep, all you need to do is follow the general lines. as things get closer to the horizon lines, they get smaller.

Unless your dragon is hugely big though, you probably won't notice

I mark out where the dips and curves are in the drawing while also seeing if I can extend or shorten anything that doesn't make sense while making sharp lines on where they need to be

With the ears I make a tiny dome over the arrow showing its pointy but rounded at the end

I make the long arrows showing where the ear is facing and which position it's in but also where it ends
