ok so we ran into some difficulties with @hoary estuary and @devout obsidian art but there can only be one, @naive needle says that Eeky needs to work out his time management and @fluid mango was disapointed with coens colors as they were too flat so this was a hard decision as both had flaws! but the winner was @devout obsidian because it had color and it was a tie so it was automatically went to coen SO CONGRATS COEN YOU WIN THIS ROUND!!

I can give my thoughts and she can join in whenever she is awake.

So, I was hoping there would be more to this theme than people under water, but even though coen somewhat had a more intricate idea, both seem pretty basic. all though, I kinda have an idea of what luna was going for, maybe I should ask her?

Either way, I cant really judged them based on theme. (even though I slightly lean towards coen, cause it feels like his is drowing in depression, wiile luna seems to be drowing in clouds ( which if true would be super neat) )

So in terms of skill, I edge slightly towards coen. however, coens ideas are good, alot of his picture is carried by the idea, rest of it just always seems simplistic. (also I konw its a long text, stop distracting me lol )
simple is fine, I just wish he did more to emphasize the picture. As for luna's however, I think personally she should of stuck with tradtional (but I wont judge, ( even though im a judge ) ) she does have the whole falling to earth concept with her colors, which I understand now why she choose to go digital. The concept is there, just not flushed out. Her picture does give more to look at. only question I would ask her, is what am I looking at.

So all in all, I edge slighty towards coen. But if im being bias. I would personally say luna wins ( if she could give me more insight into the theme )

@devout obsidian here is an example, alot of my earlier works had SUPER dead space

and I tried filling it up with fluff, but you can still see how empty and void it is

Thats what I mean by composition, the idea is there. just gotta plan around it, and avoid the same mistakes I made

after that I made sure whatever image I planned, always included a focus point, so the picture never seemed dead
