People tend to get hurt and loose limbs or even die a lot in all sports besides the robot fighting

oh so like only certain alternians have psionics (a psionic alternian/ having psionics means you have the ability to move stuff with your mind it usually creates light and heat and incredible amounts of energy) , if you dont have the gene then your in no danger of getting voidrot, the only way to fix it is getting psion repair which is sorta like neural surgery that reconnects all the damaged neurons @agile bobcat

one of my characters has really strong psionics and i can sorta show you what they look like if you want, tho iv posted the pic before
