1 - General Server rules

1.1 - No exploiting loopholes in the rules (please report them).
1.2 - No bugs, exploits, glitches, hacks, spamming, bots, scripts, etc.
1.3 - All server rules apply to DM's (advertising, server invites, nsfw, gore, harassment, etc).
1.4 - Rules always apply to all server uses. They are the rules and continued membership requires they are followed.
1.5 - Raiding, attempting to raid or harassing communities using Memeology is an instant ban.
1.6 - Encouraging death, suicide or harm to others in any way will result in a mute or ban.
1.7 - Tricking or misleading users into breaking rules is not allowed. doing so will result in you gaining the same punishment as the rule you are getting others to break.
1.8 - No Advertising of any kind. Including discord links in images or videos, websites, services and companies.
1.9 - No publishing of personal information (including addresses, emails, bank account, credit card information, etc).
1.10 - No posting fake personal information (including, IPs, phone numbers, addresses, etc).
1.11 - No use of the server or e-dating or e-relationships.
1.12 - All rules apply to all sections, regardless of where they are listed in the rules.
1.13 - You are responsible for all actions of you account, regardless of who is controlling it. (exceptions may be made due to hacking).
1.14 - No membership granted to children (under 13 years of age).
1.15 - Being generally disturbing, annoying or being intentionally disruptive may result in punishment.
1.16 - Leaving the server to evade punishment (no matter how insignificant) is a permanent ban.
1.17 - Server members must comply with the Discord ToS.
1.18 Sexualising minors, including self sexualising and sexualising of fictional characters who are minors is forbidden in all forms.

2 - Text rules

2.1 - No spam of any type (including mentioning spam, and group spam).
2.2 - No hate speech / Racism (Harming, targeting hate, etc, towards groups).
2.3 - Asking for content which is in violation of other rules is forbidden. (E.g nsfw, gore, hate).
2.4 - No slurs. (n slur, f slur, r slur, etc). [Meaning, words of ethnic hate or derogatory words to an ethnicity or race].
2.5 - Agree to disagree.
2.6 - No walls of text (defined as aprox.5 lines pc or 7-9 mobile at standard discord font). Text which is larger than this is allowed if it is on topic and within reason.
2.7 - No ascii (art or images in the form of text/dots).
2.8 - No overusing emojis and reactions.
2.9 - Use common sense when in chats with others.
2.10 - No off topic (Use the channels for their intended purpose, memes in memes, etc.) [Staff may use staff commands in any channel when required].
2.11 - No slur bypassing. (Including anyway of representing a slur without actually saying it, or using bypasses to get around the auto-filters).
2.12 - No asking to be granted roles/moderator roles.
2.13 - Glorifying or otherwise endorsing the harming, abuse or suppression of a person or group is forbidden.

3 - Content and Image rules

3.1 - No NSFW.
3.2 - No earrape in content.
3.3 - No epileptic content (gifs, videos, emotes).
3.4 - No content that causes harm to a person or their device (Including crashers).
3.5 - Rules relating to text apply to content posted. Including audio.
3.6 - Posting content with the intent of gaining a negative/disruptive reaction from the chat is forbidden.
3.7 - Content that shows real acts of conflict or war is forbidden.
3.8 - No insensitive content (9/11, Killing of George Floyd, etc) this includes jokes of, and memes of these events.
3.9 - No content relating to cars crashing or people getting hit by cars.
3.10 - No content of people being injured, or visibly at risk of being injured (being set on fire, etc).
3.11 - No offensive content (KKK, Nazi symbology, burning flags, etc).

3.12 - Copyright is enforced, the posting of TV shows, full music videos, full movies or similar will result in punishment.
3.13 - No content which either is, or can be interpreted as Classified, this includes all types of military or government documents for all nations.
3.14 - Content showing acts of abuse is forbidden. (Including domestic, child and animal abuse.)

4 - Voice Chat rules

4.1 - No annoying, loud or high pitch noises.
4.2 - Reduce the amount of background noise, if possible.
4.3 - No gore/nsfw or disturbing activity allowed in streams, could result to instant ban.
4.4 - Streaming copyrighted material such as movies, shows and similar carry the same punishment as posting copyrighted material.
4.5 - No streaming of offensive imagery including but not limited to; symbols with connotations of oppression and weapons such as fire arms.
4.6 - Responsible behaviour is required in vcs at all times. No use of stimulants. Use of hallucinogenics, drugs, alcohol or similar is not allowed.
4.7 - All text warns apply to what you say in vcs.
4.8 - You are responsible for the actions of all people within your stream or audio when in vcs.

5 - Bot rules

5.1 - Don't play NSFW music or audio with Music bots.
5.2 - Don't play Earrape with Music bots.
5.3 - Don't play music that encourages racism or discrimination in vcs.
5.4 - Music that heavily uses slurs or racial terms is inappropriate for server use.
5.5 - Don't skip music constantly.
5.6 - Using bots to bypass rules is not allowed.
5.7 - Using alts to gain profit or an advantage over others in bot games such as in unbelievaboat's economy is not allowed.
5.8 - Spamming bot commands can be muted as spam.
5.9 - Use of friends accounts to gain an advantage in the bot games is not allowed.
5.10 - Scamming in bot games is not allowed.

6 - Account and Profile rules

6.1 - No overly long nicknames.
6.2 - No sexually explicit nicknames.
6.3 - No offensive nicknames or usernames.
6.4 - No sexually explicit profile pictures or banners.
6.5 - No offensive profile pictures or banners.
6.6 - No offensive statuses or about mes.
6.7 - No impersonation of staff accounts.
6.8 - No 'unpingable' usernames or nicknames (excessive use of non-standard characters).
6.9 - Use of alternate accounts to bypass punishment is not allowed.
6.10 - Roles are non-transferable, Rank roles cannot be transferred between accounts by moderators.

7 - Misc rules

7.1 - Respect the staff they are working for you.
7.2 - @mention the moderators for support.
7.3 - When no staff are available, use #report-a-user to let us know when someone breaks the rules. (remember to include their username and what they did).
7.4 - #report-a-user may also be used to contact support (ex. you don't understand the rules or you believe you have been falsely warned).
7.5 - False reports, Fake screenshots, or similar fake content used against server members is punishable.
7.6 - Moderators reserve the right to delete any post.
7.7 - Moderators reserve the right to change nicknames.
7.8 - Moderators reserve the right to use their own discretion regardless of any rule.
7.9 - Moderators reserve the right to disconnect, mute, deafen or move members to and from voice channels.
7.10 - Moderators reserve the right to clear songs from music bot playlists.
7.11 - Moderators reserve the right to remove your access to the server via mutes, blacklists or timeouts.
7.12 - Moderators reserve the right to challenge any user, in chats, dms or vcs if they believe rules are being broken.
7.13 - Moderators reserve the right to take any necessary action to enforce the will of the rules for the betterment of the server.
