Was looking at the showtimes for the movie coming out soon, and I’m lucky enough to be near a theater on the preview day. I noticed the showtime is at 6:21pm. I looked at all the other theaters and… all 6:21pm. Are we getting something on 6/21? Maybe the live recording album? 👀

for what it's worth, for me it's at 21:30/9:30pm. didn't really take note of it earlier and very possibly just a silly reach, but those numbers have some relevance

Is yours also on the 25th? The 6:21pm times only show up on that date, from what I’ve seen. Also on twentyonepilots.film it has 6:21pm for multiple cities, not just mine

Looks like there's some new showings at 6:30 now after the big announcement, but nothing specifically 6:21

My showtime on the 25th is at 7 pm 🤷‍♀️ I’m not sure this means anything other than a cute nod to the band name lol

That also makes sense. However, given their reputation I wouldn’t be surprised that there’s more than one explanation. If anything, I think it’s the date of the live album. It’s something we’re already told is happening and the tour has concluded, it makes the most sense (provided the date is more significant than 21 for twenty one pilots)

If it were just referencing the band, I don’t see why that specific Feb. 25th preview date and 6pm specifically gets the 21. why don’t we see 7:21, 9:21 etc.

I think it’s just the first ‘21’ with enough time for people to get to the cinemas after business hours

Being specifically Wednesday does make sense to me. It's the early screening, they'd be anticipating more fans that'd appreciate it as opposed to being irritated that it starts at such a weird time. I actually think it'd have more weight if it was every day, especially given that it being on wednesday/25th doesn't really add to theory except being unique afaik

25 has been significant in lore the past few years, on top of us getting a Clancy letter dated 024 02MOON 25 (which is February 25, 2024) which states:

“These campfires feel like home, as I stare deeply into them, finding more and more clarity. They tried to tell us we were different. But the flame that burns inside of me is the same fire I’ve found on the hilltops of Trench. The Banditos have lived their rebellion, and a resistance is growing inside the concrete walls - one powerful enough to burn out all of the stale teachings, and usher in true hope and a path to actual life. We march in the morning. The revolution shall arrive with the sun.”

The letter was found in an image file that was an anagram for I AM A CLANCY: _maniac_Clay.jpeg

After decoding, we found it had a secret message: FOLLOW THE TORCHES

Then we got Overcompensate on February 29th, 2024.

I can’t discount it as nothing with this band’s reputation. They’ve done some REAL far fetched stuff, and this isn’t even that far fetched.

Genuine question, no ill will behind this I promise: would you still believe this showtime meant something if this was premiering in the second week of March, for example?

The 6:21pm time specifically being on the preview date and no other date, previews typically being a fan date, is the main reason I believe it’s significant. The 25 thing only reinforces that idea for me.

the shirt phrases seemed to mean something also and we haven’t gotten payoff on those yet TT i won't be totally convinced unless we get more instances of 6:21 /nm

The only thing the 6/25 crowd were wrong about was the 6. We still got that “double album”. I’m not even saying we’re getting a triple album, just a date tease for an album we were already promised. I don’t feel like this is a crazy conclusion to come to lmao

i mean… i feel like it’s been “repurposed” or “recontextualized” (whichever word works better here) that 6/25 = the contract, seeing as it came out june 2025

i do generally err on the side of caution here (and i was a double album truther since the beginning), considering 21 could very well just be an easter egg (occam’s razor). i guess we’ll see what happens
