hii i just wanted to share the easter eggs i've picked up on all of the songs on breach that i think some people may have missed.

City Walls-
Callback to Levitate: Lines of the yellow tape, they're movin' quiet like a serpent
In a formation, buddy, that's my team, pretty impatient
Levitate: They're smirking at first blood, they're circling above
But this is not enough
Serpents represent the banditos while the vultures represent the bishops, both circling in a formation as they close in on each other.
Callback to Holding onto You: Entertain my faith, this is the last time
Holding onto You: Entertain my faith
Pretty self explanatory, the band coming into full circle with all of the past albums
Callback to HeavyDirtySoul: Blurryface screech at the end
Completing the cycle and therefore starting it again
Callback to Migraine: From the mainland to the island of violence
Migraine: Behind my eyelids are islands of violence

Rawfear-
Callback to HeavyDirtySoul: Rawfear moves me; life is just forever, nipping heels
HeavyDirtySoul: Death inspires me like a dog, inspires a rabbit
The dog represents fear and that dog is always nipping at Tyler’s heels no matter how fast he runs
Callback to the lore: I could build a tower with the times I was pretending

Garbage-
Callback to Morph: I’ll walk you through the numbers, I’ll show you nothing’s left
Morph: Lights they blink to me, transmitting things to me; One’s and zero’s, ergo this symphony

The Contract-
Callback to Not Today: I check the doors, check the windows, and pull the blinds; I have a feeling that necromancer’s outside, and I’m just tryna stay quiet
Not Today: Tore the curtains down, windows open now, make a noise; Heard your voice, there’s no choice
Callback to Vessel/Clancy themes: I don’t sleep much, that’s crazy, how’d you know that?
Ode to Sleep/Routines in the Night: Both songs are about how Tyler has struggled with nighttime and how that’s the worst time of the day for him mentally.

Downstairs-
Previous demo from the Vessel era, originally called “Korea” and featured in a tour vlog from 2014 on the Youtube channel
Callback to Polarize: Downstairs, I feel better in the cellar down there; It’s some shelter from the weather, I wear; All of my heart on my sleeve
Polarize: Help me polarize, help me polarize; Those stairs, is where, I’ll be hiding all of my problems

Robot Voices-
Originally a song by Blanket Approval. Tyler really liked the bridge but wished it was the chorus, so he reimagined the track and put it on the album.

Center Mass-
Fan mentions/Callbacks: “Moiuy Death”, and “Girl, I really don’t think you should take that.”
Callback to No Chances: A little softer than I used to be; Used to mouth off often with artillery
No Chances: Got a good base and a loose tongue, notorious in the octagon
Intro into the next song Cottonwood: Nothing was the same after, I went to the funeral; I miss you so so much, take what you want
Cottonwood: Can’t believe you’re gone for good, someone chopped you down
