Tour theory (SPOILERS FOR BREACH TOUR)

Heres my opinion.

The tracklist was
manipulated by blurryface

The reason its called the breach tour is because blurryface has breached and changed the setlist and controlling the band similar to when the bishops controlled them during the icy era

My reasoning for believing this was the setlist and tour vibe of the breach tour was giving VERY blurryface vibes, they also missed out alot of important songs like car radio, holding onto you, Mulberry street

They also played roughly 7-8 blurryface songs yet only 3 clancy songs and 5 breach songs (combinded makes 8 songs for clancy breach) which considering this is branded as clancy breach you would think this was heavily focused on breach and clancy songs

Compared to clancy tour with 10 clancy tracks and 6 blurryface tracks, you can see that this tour was heavily blurryfaced focused

If you also compare last tours setlist and this setlist you will see that alot of the joy and whimsical songs were removed like mulberry, this is the first tour since sai i think that they havent done mulberry, and also vessel was ignored this tour with only 2 songs from vessel compared to 4 from last era, vessel is their last non lore related album

My theory is this isnt breach tour in the sense that its a tour for their album breach, but rather the term clancy tour breach refers to blurryface breaching/taking over the clancy tour and manipulating it which also ties in with the “is this your hero” posters that depict clancy as evil

they played 9 blurryface songs and that reinforces your theory

the only bishops related songs left were fairly local & goner ; fairly local started blurryface era ; goner ends the album

tyler also appeared on the stage in full blurryface attire for the first time in 8 years : red socks, red beanie, black paint

breach digital remains contains images suggesting that bfx belongs to the lore

but it should be noted : even during the clancy world tour there were rumors that the band was going to play the blurryface 10th anniversary tour as well ; it couldve been repurposed into the clancy tour : breach

and that explains why there are so few breach songs : they didnt have time to rearrange the tour for the new album

I can agree however if we look into this

The band mustve known they were making the album probably before clancy

Obviously unless they’ve been planning a bfx tour for years however idk it doesnt make as much sense

if the nine songs from blurryface remain on the setlist, then the second explanation is most likely

that note of blurryface being like SAI in that the band is being “controller” is really good considering there’s posters in the breach digital remains of blurryface being marketed to the citizens of dema

Lore-wise it makes sense. Clancy is a new blurryface now after city walls, so we’re back at the blurryface part of the cycle.
