In this new post by Tyler he talks about City Walls music video being the end to the story and that Intentions will explain the ending to that Music Video.
So if you look at some other theories, parallels have been made between Simone Weil and Weilism and Vialism. As far as I’m aware and please correct me Simone Weil died because she went on a hunger strike. So then Vialism is this idea of glorification that “self destruction is the only way to paradise”.
I wonder if in City Walls Clancy will undergo some kind of sacrifice as DEMA burns down. And that the message in intentions (“Intentions are Everything”) will be along the lines of “yes, activists like Simone Weil died for a cause, but that’s not the same as suicide. Intentions are everything. Like Neon Gravestones said, we shouldn’t glorify people who take their lives and we shouldn’t glorify respect those who lived full lives. Don’t equate deaths like Simone Weil’s to people “using this mistake as a form of a weapon”.”
This would also make sense as to why DEMA’s described as a hijacked religion. There’s people like Simone Weil who died for a cause, but then in the modern era people glorify suicide as if it’s the same thing, which it isn’t.
What do you guys think? Not ready for this story to end but I’m sure Breach will be fantastic.
