the explanation is that having passed the verified test doesn’t set anyone apart from the rest of the server. I understand the “known circle” thing a lot as I used to only chat in verified, but my friends and I migrated to one of the general channels to talk non-theories there. I’d recommend #aroacetown because it’s always quiet and no one’s ever in there
you can also always create group chats with people! but verified theorist chat already has enough of elitism, a “verified general” would make that far worse and it would become a social status instead of just a theorizing space
