#Josh/torchbearer Dies not Clancy

Based on the live stream we had for Clancy we know that Josh represents a trinity, so basically he is the representation of God. He's always with Clancy and guides him even when he feels trapped. If you see the Trench version of Josh, his tape can be seen as a Cross, so I don't know if this can be clearer.
From that, if we go back to A Car a torch a death, we listen basically the full story we are currently experiencing, so we are only missing Josh giving his heart to Clancy for him to win the battle, and Clancy understanding why God had to die.
As we know from Paladin Strait we have a minute of silence, so this means death is approaching and we will pay respect to this loss to then conclude the final battle with Nico, we know Clancy do not die there since later is the final part of the song we hear that he is back at dema about to start the fight.
I think the main thing here is that Josh will give his life here in order to come back in the final and third form that will help Clancy conquer his fears (aka Nico).
A car a torch a death shows us how Tyler understood the importance of Jesus and if you don't believe me, listen to Death come alive, he uses the same allegory, but explains it right away saying that is not blasphemy, is just the fact our God had to die in order to clean us from our sin and for us to find life.

Let me know what do you think and if you believe I already lost my mind with all these theories haha. Thanks for reading!

in my opinion, that is a very nice idea @bold plume. Just letting you know.
At first I wanted to change some bits you wrote, but it might be another approach. Nice 🥞

I would connect to this thread (in short: Josh is always on the right of Tyler - right hand, like Jesus sits at the right hand of the Father) (except for SAI when Josh was always on the left (which meant something was wrong - propaganda)):
