Do you want to work on a scaling SaaS platform?

Your role will be:

• Hands on software development using Elixir to develop highly scalable systems.
• Designing robust architecture and writing efficient code that is thoroughly tested.
• Mentor junior members
• They outsource some of the development work so you will work with them to take over the projects.

Your experience:

• A Senior Software Engineer who is proficient in Elixir
• Experience with frontend tech stacks
• Experience with server-side concepts – performance, monitoring, scalability, caching etc.
• Experience mentoring junior engineers
• Ideally, experience working in partnership with outsourcing companies

Interview process:

• Initial HR screening
• Interview with the technical manager and product manager
• Technical Task
• Final interview with the Head of Engineering

They work on a hybrid basis working once a week in their Berlin office. They may consider once a month in the office.
