pronouncing R's...i need help! please lol

not sure if this is a good place to ask as its not really singing related, but a lazy tongue issue lol.
i've always struggled with R's and recently looked up what the tongue position is supposed to be, i really can't hear if i'm actually close to pronouncing it though. i'd love any advice :)

and some singing clips too, if you have any advice on those i'd love to heart it. thank you for taking the time.

The 2 things i can think of is :

1. Be a bit more aggressive, maybe it will help to get the R’s out
2. Simple method, just to train, say "are" repeatedly, cuz it sounds like R’s yk ?

i've had some success with doing an american R, but i'd prefer to learn this frenchy one
