Hello there 😊 I’m a 14-year-old boy who sings a lot and loves creating original music albums. I’m super happy I can finally share my work and maybe even get some feedback! I’ll post my ‘sing-alongs’ (my type of covers — don’t worry, my voice is very audible), as well as album covers, tracklists, and song ideas from some metal albums… and a few love albums I made for my crush 😋

I feel like you have a bit of lack of singing tone, but try and sing-along to the song like I do, that way you are able to stabilize your tone with the tone of the singer from the song

Yeah, I'll try and give you some tips:

Always do a nice warm-up of around 5 minutes
Start with some low tone songs or with something you feel confortable with.
And sing with the background music (just don't put the volume super high, put it around the middle of the sound barrier)
While singing, try and reach to your mixed voice, which is a mix between your normal voice and high-pitched voice, it's a soft voice that you will feel it's buzzing around your head
After singing, make a little relatory in how you're feeling:
Does your throat feels pressured or hurts?
Do you feel you could keep singing?
While hearing how it went, do you feel your voice came natural?

#

Use tecniques of deep breaths, chin up and the use of a mixed voice to sing better

#

And a note:

Sometimes, a little pressure and raspy feeling on the throat is normal, it's your throat saying "Woah, this is pushing me and I'm getting into some nice levels I didn't knew about", and in some time you'll sing without the pressure

But pain isn't, in ANY kind of way, a good thing.
If it hurts, stop, if it keeps hurting some days after, tell someone
