Hell no, the only jerk is him you should definitely do what you feel is appropriate. It's not at all a jerk response because he literally brought it on himself and deserves it. He should face consequences for what he did! Also sorry you had to go through that it must have been a very horrible and traumatic experience ! Good luck ⭐
