If you’re a singer songwriter do you have any tips or trics for writing a song?

I'm ot a songwriter but I'd say make relatable kinds of music and have a diverse range of instruments in your song, but that they still mesh well, (e.g. guitars & trumpets)

Well I'm not that experienced but I would say don't give up before five lines because the first line is just the start and by line five you should have something to go off of
