I'm not entirely sure if I'm breathing correctly. I've done multiple diaphragm breathing exercises n' stuff but I can't seem to get it down.
When I try to focus on my breath doing a technique or exercise, like the Farinelli one I seem to be in need of gasping or yawning for air. Whenever I try to focus on extending or collapsing my tummy, it feels like I'm straining it or I can't really expand it that much or collapse that much. I feel like I'm overthinking it to some extent but I don't know.
