I been wanting to get a guitar for the longest I’ve done some research and most of them said to get an acoustic guitar before an electric so I want to buy an acoustic but I don’t know which one to buy because I’ve gotten so many recommendations but I don’t know which one to get yk I want to buy something that’s good and worth the money.

Don't you have any local store where you can test guitars?
Also having to get an acoustic before electric isn't really true... Yk, you should get the one you prefer. The only reason you'd get an acoustic when you would prefer an electric is if you are completely new to guitar and don't know if you are going to stick with a guitar for a long time (acoustic is generally cheaper, so you wouldn't lose that much money if you gave up on it).

Depends on the music you like. If you’re into singing, pop or country Acoustic Is better. If you wanna make tunes out of it then electric

yeah I'd bring someone to the store with you to try stuff about 200 usd
you can find some nice used for that price, I feel like seagull s6 goes for like 200 usd used LOL
you can also find used yamaha fg series and alvarez ad series in the 200s
the most important thing starting out is playability and honestly if you're only looking to spend a couple hundred, it's a bit of a gamble. so best to bring someone who knows what a well playing guitar feels like
(fixing the playability can cost a good bit on its own)
