I can acsess these notes, it's just that when I do it it's pretty bad, I can actually sing certain words or segments alright in this range but others go back to being breathy.

I'd say it's their's myriad of ways but I'll cut down to things I think and let others add on to. FIrst I'd say it's a matter of how you navigate the higher end of your range, second, breath support, thirdly, the development of you mix and your voice and then how you mouth is shaped when you're at that range. Please correct me whoever is reading this but this is based what i know, and I don't mind be corrected
