Get the Behringer XM8500 together with a cheap audio interface like the Maudio Mtrack Solo. Sound quality classes way above all Usb microphones in that range plus then you'll already have an audio interface for future upgrades.
All of this should only cost about €80

Like others have said the behringer gets the job done and you’re using xlr so you won’t run into latency issues common with usb mics
