omg me tooo! sm1 srsly help
Personally I used to struggle with this a lot and kinda still do but I'd say start by singing in front of maybe 1 or two people ur comfortable with. It doesn't have to be like a performance style but you could just be singing normally whilst they're there. I'd also say if ur singing in front of a crowd it can be very overwhelming but deep breaths and pretend as if your like a big singer and they are there for you or pretend your just in your room singing to build that confidence.
Well, the thing is I start shaking. Bad I can't even get a word out one time it was so bad Someone thought I was buffering.
Also just talking in front of new people gives the same effect.
Why is this actually so relatable
Bro, same thing happens to me except I might actually throw up
I have a panic disorder and when you put me on the spot I freak out and then I sing and it just sounds terrible because I'm so nervous
omg yall
i thought i was de only one
and dat smth was wrong with me and shit
dis is honestly comforting in sm sort of way
but yeaa
i'm sorry broly, that must be a difficult thing to deal with. in a way, it might be all the pressure in the form of expectation of external validation, and the best course of action is to separate yourself from the reactions others might have to your performance, good or bad. when you don't place those expectations upon the people you're performing for, you realise there's no pressure, therefore no stress, therefore less panic attacks. i hope this helps, but hey, please just take care of yourself and at the end of the day, do what you love, because courage is being afraid but doing it anyway. <3
