Hey! I’m looking for help trying to find a music video that I don’t remember the name of…

I recently recalled a memory from years and years ago. I was sitting on a plane watching music videos my dad had purchased on Apple Music. I started watching this one music video; I don’t remember the name of the song, nor the artist. The video opened with a naked female angel falling from the sky. She had long, straight white hair, and perhaps some sort of crown on her head. I remember her falling into a desert with red-ish sand. Does anyone know what I’m thinking about? The description is pretty vague so I don’t have high hopes. Now that I’m typing it I’m starting to doubt that it was actually a music video… but hey, worth a try!
