10/10 audio engineer
How do you even use bandlab
Late reply but it’s a music daw for recording producing or mixing music like any professional daw it’s just a free and beginner friendly one
I was just confused because I tried it once and it didn't sound good
Yeah it’s just learning and practice bestie haha
Ok haha
Technically as long as you stem the tracks out you can mix with any DAW
yeah thats just where i recorded which is why i said bandlab originally
It’s not the gear (to an extent), it’s the ear
To be fair it’s learning how to use it but also using your ear ye 💪
Also learning how to record properly with a half decent interface and mic
Were you trying to record or make music on it?
Record a song I wrote
You have an audio interface and xlr mic?
If you dont know how to mix, theres usually weekly / monthly popular presets that are usually pretty good
No I use my phone mic
That would explain then why the sound quality wasn’t exactly satisfactory
I think people with vocal mixing get it backwards trying to use presets and plugins to save a bad recording when they should just comp takes until it sounds amazing
