I've been thinking for a while to write a song on something, i'm currently learning guitar and i can sing. BUUT i don't really know what to write my song about because i've never had something let's say exciting
i'm just wondering, should i start from the vocals or other instruments? Also what should i write it about? (serious please)
cause i've been thinking to write one about well getting friendzoned but i don't know if that's a good idea

It’s your choice of what you write, you can write whatever you want, you can do real life experiences, what you feel, make up a story etc. and if you want to write a song about getting friendzone do it, all songs has a meaning and/or a message 🤷♂️
and when I worked with singers it depends on them if they do lyrics first or instrument first, imo I would find a instrumental first then write lyrics over it so you can be on time and beat but do what you want 🙂
Also if you need help recording vocals or tips on it and need help with mixing (cleaning audio with software and plugins to sound professional like how you hear professional songs) lemme know
