Honestly gotta say that your singing isn’t bad on this. You had parts in there where there were sparks. Main thing would be stylistically on part of the singing and trying to get a more open sound but nothing some practice couldn’t address. Mixing can always be done by others but yeah keep it up!

I believe it might be with singing technique moreso than a mixing issue
It just sounds at time as if you’re restricting airflow a bit much, basically the opposite problem of breathiness
