I think you should find a spot where you could feel the ideas or the set of feels in that moment and capture it, and write it down first.

i cant write lyrics. and music doesnt need lyrics. i always thought about the coolest rythms and melodies i could come up with, but that was a massive mistake. start with something simple.
i actually wrote an entire paragraph, but i just realised. it doesnt matter. i dont know what you want from the song or what genre its suposed to be.
generally id say:

writing a good song takes practice. your first wont be good. neither will your second. but you just gotta keep trying and eventually it might end up sounding amazing.

keep in mind. the first song an artist publishes is NOT their first song. its first they are willing to share.

with dedication you can do it :3
i would advise for some minor music theory knowledge but it s not necessary for every genre of music.

I'd say starting with the drums and bass helps, because then you can fit the rest of the song onto the pattern.

Record the melody and write down the lyrics as they come

Do not stress as it is a fun process

Don't think of them as cringe just try it out and see what comes out of it
